Prices shown on the site (packages and the instant estimate calculator) are indicative starting prices. The final quote is confirmed after reviewing the script, references, assets and exact deliverables, and may differ from the initial estimate.
Production begins after the brief, scope and quote are confirmed between the client and GHAIT Studio, typically via WhatsApp or the agreed communication channel. Revision rounds included in each package are described on the Pricing section of the site.

If you provide a script, images, book cover, product photos or brand assets, you confirm that you own the rights to this content or have permission to use it. GHAIT Studio is not responsible for verifying third-party rights of client-supplied materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights of the final delivered video transfer to the client upon full payment. GHAIT Studio may request permission to display the finished work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond the agreed scope (additional scenes, formats, or major creative changes) may incur additional cost, to be confirmed before proceeding.

GHAIT Studio provides creative and technical production services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
